Explore Atherstone at your own pace with downloadable guides to the town and Coventry Canal. Choose a town walk, spend time beside the water or bring the two together as part of your visit.
Walking guides
The Historic Town Trail gives you a guide to exploring Atherstone’s heritage. The Canal & River Trust visitor guide introduces Atherstone on the Coventry Canal and places in the town.
Community resources and archive
These documents cover the Partnership and community activities. The children’s activities leaflet is an event archive, so its programme and times are not a current visitor schedule.

Plan the rest of your visit
Use the map to find your bearings, then visit Travel & Parking for railway and council parking information. Our suggested day in Atherstone offers ideas for combining heritage, local shops and the canal.
